Who we are Meet the makers

Our Story

Creative DeZigns began in 1986, founded by my late mum after raising her family in Johannesburg and returning to the UK. Inspired by the creativity and spirit of South Africa, she recognised a need for unique, affordable accessories that felt personal and different from the mass-produced options on the high street - and offered UK women a way to express themselves with confidence and individuality. Having worked closely with her on this passion-fuelled journey, I stepped into the lead nearly two decades ago, continuing her vision, with a focus on small-batch production, ethical fashion and a deep respect for South African craftsmanship. Today, I work directly with skilled artisans in Cape Town and Nepal to create stylish, easy-to-wear clothing and jewellery designed for real women and real lives. These are feel-good pieces - thoughtfully made, ethically sourced, and full of the laid-back, sun-soaked spirit of South Africa.

Poppy Botanical stud earrings take their inspiration from the open form of garden poppies. the simple outline of each petal creates a light, sculptural flower that sits gently on the ear.

The design captures the relaxed beautify of a poppy in bloom. A soft circular centre contrasts with the flowing petal outline. The results feel both natural and contemporary.

These poppy botanical stud earrings are made from stainless steel. The metal gives a clean, modern finish. They are also light and comfortable for most sensitive ears.

Made for us for the RHS Chelsea flower Show, their floral form reflects the quiet charm of flowers found through out the garden.
