How to Measure Your Head for the Correct Hat Size

To measure your head for the correct hat size, place a flexible measuring tape or piece of string around your head. Position it about 1 cm above your ears and across the middle of your forehead. Keep the tape level all the way around and snug, but not tight.  If you use string, lay it flat and measure the length in centimetres. This gives you your head measurement and helps you find the right hat size.

Finding Your Hat Size

Once you know your head measurement, match it to the closest hat size in our range. If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size. This ensures a comfortable fit and makes the hat easier to wear all day.

Fine-Tune the Fit with Internal Size Adjustment

Our hats include an internal drawstring or Comfy-Fit Clip elastic band. This allows you to adjust the fit by up to 1.5 cm. You can fine-tune the size for comfort without changing the shape or structure of the hat.
