Product care

Jewellery

We have a wide range of jewellery made from many different materials, always of the highest quality.   We recommend the following precautions to ensure the longevity of your jewellery:

Store each piece separately in its pouch
Store in a cool dry place
Avoid spraying perfumes, hair product or any other harsh chemicals directly on or your jewellery
Do not allow contact with water or chemicals
Remove your jewellery before sleeping

Due to the natural and delicate nature of our jewellery, wear may occur in some pieces over time. You can easily clean your silver plated and brass jewellery with a soft jewellery polishing cloth at home.

Clothing

Our clothing is all made from cotton and can be washed at 30 degrees gentle cycle in the washing machine. For best results remove from the washing machine promptly and reshape before drying. Avoid using detergents containing optical whiteners, bleaching agents or enzymes on any coloured items. Tip: to maintain the slightly creased effect in the Just Cruizin, leave out the fabric softer from the wash cycle. Tumble drying is not recommended.

Carrol Boyes

This homeware range cannot be washed in the dishwasher unless it is made from stainless steel. It can be polished using a pewter cleaner or other metal polishes.
