Delivery & Returns


We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of the order (excluding weekends) but during busy periods such as Christmas and Easter we may take slightly longer to process your order. Standard delivery is usually via Royal Mail, second class post tracked, and during the busy seasons please anticipate deliveries to take longer than the usual 2-3 working days. Delivery within mainland UK ONLY is free of charge for all orders over £60.  A fee of £2.95 is chargeable on all orders less than £60 to help towards the postage costs.

For more urgent deliveries, the following options are also available:

  • first class £3.95
  • International shipping and non mainland options are also available

Orders for Buckles and Belts may take longer to despatch as these are sent from a separate unit.  Please contact us if an order is required urgently, before placing the order.

Postage may be chargeable for some non-mainland UK and international destinations.  Please contact us for a quote before placing an order or we will contact you once an order is placed.  Any orders placed for some non mainland UK and International deliveries will not be despatched until a delivery charge is paid.  The customer is responsible for any local customs and VAT duties payable upon entry into their Country.


We want you to be delighted with your online purchase but, if you are not, you can return it within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused and its original packaging with all labels attached to the garments.

UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE DO NOT send the products back to the shipping address on the package (Haul & Store).  The reason is simple, it will be shipped to a warehouse centre and not to the office where we process returns.  This may result in significant delays in processing the return or even the loss of the package altogether.  It also results in a chargeable processing fee by the warehouse which will be passed on to the returnee.

Items can be returned fuss free using the online Royal Mail Service (or other pick up courier services such as Hermes).  We recommend reusing our outer packaging for all returns in the interests of recycling.

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please identify the fault to us within 30 days of purchase. We will refund any postage on a faulty item, standard return postage.  If a fault develops outside of the 30 days ; please email so we can log the fault and address a way forward.  Please take care to read our product care information page.

We can only exchange an item once per order free of charge; additional exchanges will be subject to delivery charges.

We are happy to exchange items purchased at our retail events but do not offer full refunds. The item must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase.  There will be a postage fee chargeable for the exchanges made.

Creative DeZigns endeavours to initiate any refund as soon as the return is received at the office and thoroughly checked.   At this point you will be emailed a receipt.  A refund via our online payment provider Stripe can take 5-10 days to appear in your account of your original payment method.   Please note that if we are away at an event the refund may take slightly longer to process.
